When the fall arrives

The weather is changing. Rain, wind, clouds - all those things I'm not a fan of in the summer - are here to stay for a few months.

It moves me indoors and I become far more sedentary for one. Let's hope I can address that with our elliptical machine. It also makes me appreciate what I have. A strange thing happens when you're forced indoors for long periods of time - you look around and notice things more than you might otherwise.

It's blustery and icky out there, but inside is nice and calm.

Ahh. Well, I guess it's back to work for me!
