I should have changed the channel quicker... {barf}

I accidentally turned to the Rachel Ray show the other day (home sick).

{ugh}

Not only was I disgusted by this show, but to top it all off, she had John Stamos (remember Full House?) as a guest.

{gurgle}

To top off this vomit induction program, after the interview, Stamos traipsed of stage, followed by a camera to a special area back stage for "Tweeting" and was typing on his cell phone as he was saying "I'm tweeting now.."

{oh god! here it comes!}

Thank God I had a paper bag close at hand. That was close.
