Lot of fun

Well, we've gone and done it now! No more looking for a house to buy!

Betsy and I secured a builder to build our new house. He bought the lot for us on Saturday. It's really exciting. Next: The Contract.

I know - we don't even have a contract yet and we have a lot. Truth be told, it was either buy that lot right away or wait until something else came on the market. As far as I can tell, a handshake and a verbal agreement can still work as long as the right people are at both sides of that agreement.

Now that we don't have to find a house to buy, we have to find a rental to live in. Drats.
