Cold Monday

This day could get worse, but I'm not sure how:

1. The cat yowled all night. Finally let him out at 3:00am. Got 3 hours sleep at best.

2. Our house sale is falling through thanks to an incompetent appraiser. Betsy and I stand to loose a ton of money.

3. The heat in my office is out (and I'm freezing).
