Nothing worse than holiday anxiety.

For me, this year it's not presents and family get togethers. Heck, the latter (with two exceptions) is an excuse to drink copious amounts of wine. No, what's getting me this year is something far more grueling and far more wicked than the holidays could ever be...

Buying and Selling a house.

Oh, the torture! Oh, the pain! Will the bank give us this, will the seller do that? Will we sell ours quickly or will it turn to mush on the market for months!? AHHHH!!!!

Perhaps the worst part of this - the prospect of moving in January or February. I'm not going to think about it.
