I tend to blame the problem on the last guy that worked on it before me. Unless it's you or Bret, then I blame it on Steve Jobs. Eh... at least it's original.
Computer techs are like car sales
men, It's like they know you have know idea what is going on. Leaving the person feeling violated and scared.
