Dinner for 8

Last night was the famed "Meeting of the Parents". Betsy's parents got to meet mine. I went really well. I was worried at first that we'd have nothing to do or talk about, but the evening progressed wonderfuly and everyone had a great time.

I managed to pull off a Fajita/Burrito buffet which featured real mexican queso and authentic grilled tequila shrimp.

Email box is overflowing this morning with NewsSPAM. That is - emails that have some value to them, after you dig through all the advertisements and poor writing. My help appears to be out for the day. It's appearing to be rather quiet so far.

Trying to get a hold of Gooch for Sushi today.
